Resetting a user's password

To reset a User's password or send a reminder email, head to Records & Statistics (https://records.districttoolbox.com) and login.

**Only users with User Manager access can edit and manage user accounts**

Click on Manage > Users and find the user form the list, click Reset Password under Manage and it will auto-generate a new password for you to communicate to them. You may also click Send Password Reminder and this will send a password reset email to the user.
